晉控煤業金鼎活性炭山西有限公司是專門從事研發和生產煤質活性炭的企業，由晉能控股山西煤業股份有限公司于2013年投資12億元興建，現有員工690余人。本公司位于大同市云岡區（晉能控股集團公司煤氣廠南面），毗鄰的大運公路直達天津港、秦皇島港；自有的鐵路專線與京包線、大秦線交匯，交通運輸十分便利。

　　本公司炭化采用國內先進的外熱式回轉炭化爐，活化采用國際領先的多膛爐和斯列普爐，篩分采用世界先進的直線往復式振動篩和真空吸附裝置，目前主要產品有年產3萬噸壓塊破碎炭、年產4萬噸柱狀脫硫脫硝炭、年產1萬噸原煤破碎炭及年產1萬噸粉狀炭。并可按客戶要求生產各種規格品種和指標的活性炭。

　　晉控煤業金鼎活性炭山西有限公司生產原煤破碎炭和壓塊破碎炭具有比表面積大、吸附性能好、機械強度高、過濾速度快、孔結構合理、灰分低、漂浮率小、使用壽命長、易于再生等特點，廣泛應用于凈水、環保、化工、制藥、制糖、飲料、釀酒、紡織、電鍍、催化劑載體、黃金提取等諸多行業。柱狀脫硫脫硝炭具有高強度，高燃點、透氣性好、高吸附性能的新型活性炭，脫硫沒有水污染，不產生其他固體廢物，脫除的SO2氣體可加工成多種產品，并可多次循環使用，添補了國內需求空白。目前公司生產脫硫脫硝活性炭主要鋼廠燒結尾氣脫硫脫硝處理，脫硫、脫硝效率高，可以部分脫除有機污染物和重金屬。

　　Founded by Datong coal industry Co., Ltd in 2013, with more than 1000 employees and 1.2 billion RMB fixed assets, Datong Jinding Activated Carbon Co., Ltd is the Asia's largest and most experienced producer of activated carbon. It is a combo of R&D and production in the field of coal based activated carbon. It is 20 kilometers away from downtown, Dayun highway passes in front of our factory which can directly reaches Tianjin port and Qinhuangdao port, The very convient transportation includes the special railway which meets Jingbao line.

　　Datong JinDing activated carbons are made from high quality Datong Jurassic weakly caking coal, which high quality, low ash, low sulphur coal as its material. Equipped with international advanced rake type furnace and SLEP activation furnaces, domestic advanced externally heated rotary carbonization furnaces, Datong JinDing Activated Carbon Co. ,Ltd has the annual production capacity of 100 kilotons coal based activated carbon. Its main products includes briquetted coal based activated carbon (50 kilotons/year), cylindrical coal based activated carbon for desulfurization and denitrification(40 kilotons/year), crushed coal based activated carbon (10 kilotons/year) and powdered coal based activated carbon (11 kilotons/year). The world's most advanced linear reciprocating shaker and vacuo system are used, we can meet the requirements of customers all kinds of particle size distribution and assignment.

　　The briquetted coal based activated carbon and crushed coal based activated carbon have the possession of large specific surface area, strong adsorption, developed pore structure , high technical hardness, quick filtering velocity, low floating, long service life, ready regeneration. And they are comprehensively used in drinking water purification, advanced treatment of industrial wastewater, environmental protection, chemical industry, pharmacy, refine sugar, alcohol, spin, electroplate, gold extraction, solvent recover, catalyst or carrier, air purification labor protection. etc.

　　The cylindrical coal based activated carbon for desulfurization and denitrification has the possession of high hardness, high ignition point, well ventilated and adsorption property. It is a new style recycling activated carbon, with neither water nor solid pollution, that fills the domestic blank. It is specially used in coal-boiler, steelmaking and thermal power. It can not only efficiently desulfurization and denitrification, but also partly remove organic pollutant and heavy metal, and the removed SO2 can be processed into various productions.

　　產品標準按照中國國標《煤質顆?；钚蕴俊?/span>GB/T7701—2008執行，或根據用戶要求按照其他檢驗標準（如：美國ASTM，日本JIS標準等）執行。

檢驗

　　公司設有獨立的包裝檢驗中心，每批貨在裝箱發運前有專業人員進行二次檢驗，杜絕不合格產品出廠。
